Erigeron procumbens

Corpus Christi fleabane

Erigeron procumbens, or Corpus Christi fleabane is a delicate white daisy with a range limited to the Gulf Coast of Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi.

The plant produces flowers on isolated stems with yellow disc flowers and fringe of narrow white petals. It is tolerant of salt, heat, high winds and moderate drought and thrives in sandy soils.
